เหล่าเจ้าชายออกเดินทางในป่าใหญ่ ระหว่างทางเจ้าชายสามได้ร้องขอชีวิตสัตว์ต่างๆ จากพี่ชายใจร้ายของตน และสัตว์เหล่านี้ได้ช่วยเหลือเจ้าชายสาม ถอนคำสาปของปราสาทและช่วยเหลือเจ้าหญิงอย่างไร ไปอ่านด้วยกันเลย
กาลครั้งหนึ่งนานมาแล้วมีเมืองเล็ก ๆ เมืองหนึ่งที่มีพระราชาและเจ้าชายทั้ง 3 อาศัยอยู่ร่วมกัน วันหนึ่งเจ้าชายใหญ่และเจ้าชายรอง ได้ตกลงกันว่าจะออกไปล่าสัตว์ในป่าใหญ่ “วันนี้เป็นวันดี ข้าอยากจะออกไปล่าสัตว์ในป่าสักหน่อย เจ้าอยากไปกับข้าหรือไม่น้องพี่” เจ้าชายใหญ่ถามน้องชาย “มันจะต้องสนุกมาก ๆ เลยท่านพี่ ข้าขอไปด้วยคน” เจ้าชายรองตอบ แล้วทั้งคู่ก็แต่งตัวและเตรียมอาวุธล่าสัตว์ออกเดินทางจากพระราชวังไป ทั้ง 2 คนเดินลึกเข้าไปเรื่อย ๆ ลึกเข้าไปเรื่อย ๆ จนกระทั่งหลงเข้าไปในดินแดนสัตว์ประหลาดและหาทางออกไม่เจอ ต่อมาพระราชารู้ข่าวที่เจ้าชายทั้งสองหายตัวไป จึงทำให้พระราชากลุ้มใจมาก เจ้าชายองค์เล็กจึงอาสาออกตามหาพี่ชายทั้ง 2 ด้วยตัวเอง
เจ้าชายองค์เล็กเดินทางออกตามหาจนเจอเจ้าชายทั้ง 2 เมื่อ 3 พี่น้องพบกัน แทนที่พี่ชายจะดีใจ กลับหัวเราะเยาะน้องชายคนเล็ก “เจ้ายังเด็กและโง่เขลา จะมีปัญญาพาพวกข้าออกจากป่านี้ไปได้อย่างไร ขนาดพวกข้าที่ฉลาดกว่ายังหลงทางและหาทางออกไม่ได้เลย” เจ้าชายองค์โตกล่าว เจ้าชายเล็กได้ฟังที่พี่พูดดูถูกแล้ว จึงตอบกลับไปว่า “ขอให้ท่านพี่ทั้งสองให้โอกาสข้าสักครั้ง ข้าจะหาทางพาท่านพี่ออกจากป่านี้ให้ได้” เจ้าชายรองจึงตอบน้องชายกลับไปว่า “พวกข้าจะลองเชื่อเจ้าดู” จากนั้นเจ้าชายทั้งสามได้เดินทางไปด้วยกัน โดยมีเจ้าชายเล็กเป็นคนนำทาง พวกเขาเดินทางจนกระทั่งไปเจอรังมดขนาดใหญ่ พี่ชายทั้ง 2 อยากสนุกด้วยการทำลายรังมดรังนั้น แต่เจ้าชายเล็กพูดขึ้นว่า “ได้โปรดหยุดเถอะท่านพี่ ปล่อยให้มดตัวน้อย ๆ ได้ใช้ชีวิตเล็ก ๆ ของพวกเขาต่อไปเถอะนะ ข้าขอร้อง” พี่ชายเห็นแก่น้องชายที่ยอมลำบากมาติดตามพวกตนจึงยอมทำตามคำขอ
แล้วทั้ง 3 จึงเดินทางกันต่อ จนกระทั่งมาถึงทะเลสาบ ได้เจอกับเป็ดน้อยมากมายว่ายน้ำอยู่ เจ้าชายใหญ่และเจ้าชายรองอยากจะจับเป็ดมาสัก 2 ตัว แล้วนำมาย่างกิน “เป็ดตัวโตมาก เนื้อต้องนุ่มอร่อยแน่ ๆ” เจ้าชายรองพูดขึ้น ในขณะที่เจ้าชายใหญ่รีบวิ่งเข้าไปใกล้ ๆ เป็ด “จะรอช้าทำไม จับพวกมันฆ่าแล้วย่างกินกันดีกว่า” เจ้าชายเล็กรีบกระโดดเข้าขวางเจ้าชายใหญ่ “ได้โปรดเถิดท่านพี่ทั้งสอง อย่าจับเป็ดน้อยที่น่าสงสารเหล่านี้เลยนะ ปล่อยให้พวกมันได้ว่ายน้ำกับครอบครัวต่อไป พี่ ๆ อย่าคิดฆ่าพวกมันเลยนะ ข้าขอร้อง” เจ้าชายเล็กคุกเข่าร้องขอชีวิตให้เจ้าเป็ดน้อย พี่ชายทั้งสองเห็นดังนั้นจึงใจอ่อนยอมไว้ชีวิตเจ้าเป็ด แล้วพากันเดินทางต่อไป
จนเจอต้นไม้ใหญ่ที่มีรังผึ้งที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ไปด้วยน้ำผึ้งเต็มไปหมด เจ้าชายองค์พี่ทั้ง 2 อยากได้น้ำผึ้งและทำลายรังของมัน จึงวางแผนจุดไฟเผาเพื่อไล่และฆ่าผึ้งพวกนั้นทิ้ง แต่แล้วน้องก็ได้เข้ามาห้ามอีกครั้ง “ได้โปรดท่านพี่ ปล่อยแมลงที่แสนสวยพวกนี้ไปเถอะนะ อย่าฆ่ามันเลย ข้าขอร้องอีกครั้งนะท่านพี่” ครั้งนี้พี่ทั้งสองรู้สึกหงุดหงิดและรำคาญมาก แต่ก็ยอมปล่อยมันไป แล้วเดินทางกันต่อจนมาถึงปราสาท
พวกเขาทั้ง 3 หันไปเห็นม้า แต่ม้าทุกตัวนั้นเป็นหินอ่อนหมด มองไปทางไหนไม่เจอใครอยู่เลย พวกเขาเดินเข้าไปดูทุก ๆ ห้อง จนมาถึงประตูที่มีกุญแจล็อคอยู่ แต่ตรงกลางประตูนั้นมีรูเล็ก ๆ ที่สามารถมองผ่านเข้าไปได้ เมื่อมองเข้าไป...พวกเขาเห็นชายแก่ผมขาวนั่งอยู่ในห้อง เจ้าชายทั้งสามช่วยกันตะโกนเรียกชายแก่ถึง 3 ครั้ง จนชายแก่ได้ยินและเดินออกมาหาพวกเขา ชายแก่ไม่พูดอะไรสักคำ ได้แต่พาเจ้าชายทั้ง 3 เดินไปที่โต๊ะสวยงามและมีอาหารอยู่มากมาย เมื่อกินเสร็จทั้ง 3 ต่างแยกย้ายกันเข้าห้องนอนที่ชายแก่จัดเตรียมไว้ให้
เช้าวันต่อมาชายแก่ได้พาเจ้าชายองค์โตไปที่โต๊ะหินอ่อน ซึ่งมีกระดาษวางเรียงอยู่ 3 ใบ ใบแรกได้เขียนวิธีถอนคำสาปของปราสาท เจ้าชายองค์โตอ่านข้อความในกระดาษว่า “ในป่านั้นมีไข่มุกนับพันที่เป็นของเจ้าหญิง จะต้องหามันให้ครบ และหากเก็บไม่ครบ เมื่อถึงเวลาพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน ผู้ค้นหาจะต้องกลายเป็นหินอ่อนในทันที” เมื่ออ่านจบ เจ้าชายใหญ่ได้รีบออกเดินทางไปหาไข่มุกทันที ตั้งแต่เช้าจนเย็น ได้พบเพียงแค่ร้อยเม็ด เมื่อพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน ร่างของเขากลายเป็นหินอ่อนทันที
ในวันถัดมา ชายชราได้ทำแบบเดียวกันคือพาเจ้าชายองค์รองมานั่งที่โต๊ะหินอ่อน ซึ่งมีกระดาษแผ่นเดียวกันวางอยู่ เจ้าชายองค์รองรับอาสาที่จะถอนคำสาปให้กับพี่ชายและปราสาทในทันที แต่หาทั้งวัน เจ้าชายองค์รองหาได้เพียง 200 เม็ดเท่านั้น และเมื่อถึงเวลาพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน ในที่สุดร่างของเจ้าชายองค์รองกลายเป็นหินอ่อนเหมือนกัน

และก็มาถึงภารกิจสุดท้ายที่ยากที่สุด คือจะต้องเลือกเจ้าหญิงองค์ที่เด็กที่สุดและดีที่สุดในบรรดาเจ้าหญิงทั้ง 3 องค์ ทั้ง 3 องค์มีหน้าตาที่สวยงามและเหมือนกันมาก แต่เจ้าชายองค์เล็กได้รู้มาว่า เจ้าหญิงองค์ที่ 1 ได้กินน้ำตาลก้อนหนึ่ง องค์ต่อมาได้กินน้ำเชื่อม และองค์สุดท้ายได้กินน้ำผึ้งไป 1 ช้อน ดังนั้นเขาต้องหาให้ได้ว่าคนไหนที่ได้กินน้ำผึ้ง และแล้วราชินีผึ้งที่ครั้งหนึ่งเจ้าชายเคยช่วยชีวิตไว้ ได้บินมาช่วยเหลือเจ้าชายบ้าง ด้วยการบินเข้าไปชิมรสชาติที่แตกต่างกันที่ปากของเจ้าหญิงทั้ง 3 และได้มาหยุดอยู่ที่เจ้าหญิงองค์สุดท้ายที่ได้กินน้ำผึ้ง จึงทำให้เจ้าชายสามารถตอบได้อย่างถูกต้อง

Once upon a time, there was a small village that was ruled by the King and his 3 princes. One day, the big and the middle prince agrees to go out hunting in the vast forest. “Today is a good day, so I want to go out hunting. Do you want to come with me, little brother?” the big prince asks his brother. “It’s going to be so much fun, big brother. I will come with you,” the second prince replies. The two of them dress up, prepare their hunting gear, and leave the castle. They keep walking deeper and deeper into the forest until they are lost in a land of monsters and cannot find their way out. The King learns of his two sons’ disappearance and worries greatly, so the little prince volunteers to search for his two brothers by himself.
The little prince journeys into the forest and eventually finds his 2 brothers. When all 3 brothers are reunited, the big brother starts mocking the littlest instead of being pleased. “You are young and foolish. How can you lead us out of this forest? Even those of us who are smarter than you are lost and unable to find a way out”, says the big prince. The little prince hears his insults and replies, “I would like you, brothers, to give me a chance. I will find a way out of this forest for you.” The middle prince responds, “We will try to trust you.” Then, the three princes journey together, with the little prince as the guide. They travel until they find a large ant’s nest. The two elder princes decide to have fun by destroying the ant’s nest, but the littlest brother says, “Please stop, my brothers. Please let the little ants continue to live their little lives. I beg you.” For the sake of the little prince who was willing to come and find them, the older brothers do as they are told.
The three princes keep walking until they reach a lake and see many little ducks swimming in it. The big and middle princes want to catch two ducks to grill for food, “The ducks are huge. Their meat must be tender and delicious,” says the middle prince while the big prince hurries towards the duck, “What are we waiting for? Let’s kill them and grill them for food.” The littlest prince hurriedly jumps in front of the big prince, “Please, my brothers, don’t catch these pitiful ducks. Please let them continue to swim with their family. Please don’t think of killing them, I beg you,” the littlest prince kneels down and pleads for the ducks’ lives. Upon seeing this, the two brothers decide to spare the ducks’ lives. They continue their journey until they reach a large tree with a bee hive that has an abundance of honey. The two princes want the honey by destroying the hive, so they plan to burn it to chase away and kill the bees. But then, the youngest prince stops them again, “Please, my brothers. Please let these beautiful insects go. Please don’t kill them. I beg you once again, my brothers.” This time, the two brothers are annoyed and frustrated, but they agree to let the bees live. They continue their journey until they reach a castle. The 3 of them turn around to see horses, but these horses are made of marble. No matter where they look, they can see no one in sight. They survey every room until they reach a door with a lock. In the middle of the door, there is a small hole that can be peeped through. When they look in, they see an old man with white hair sitting in the room. The three princes call out to the old man three times. Upon hearing this, the old man walks out to meet them. He doesn’t say a word but leads the three princes to a beautiful table where there is plenty of food. When they finished eating, the three princes split up into the bedrooms that the old man had prepared for them.
The next morning, the old man takes the big prince to the marble table. On the table are 3 pieces of paper. The first paper contains a way to remove the castle’s curse. The big prince reads the message on the paper, “In the forest are thousands of pearls belonging to a princess. You have to find all of them. If you are unable to collect them all, the seeker will turn into marble upon sunset.” When he finishes reading, the big prince instantly journeys to find the pearls. From morning to evening, he only finds 100 pearls. When the sun sets, his body immediately turns into marble.
On the next day, the old man does the same thing with the middle brother by bringing him to sit at the marble table. The same piece of paper lies on it. The middle brother immediately volunteers to release the curse for his big brother and the castle. However, on that day, the middle brother only finds 200 pearls. When the sun sets, his body also turns into marble.
Finally, it is the little prince’s turn. He is determined to find them all, but it is very hard to find each pearl. So, he sits down on a rock and weeps “(sobs, sobs). Why is it so hard? I am so foolish. I won’t be able to help my two brothers.” Upon hearing his cries, the queen ant he once helped calls out to all the ants in the forest to help search for all the pearls and pile them all together.
